The "Etihad Grass Roots Fund" is only open to rugby clubs/schools/organisations which are based in the UK, and offer Age Grade rugby (as defined by the RFU).
As the players of the winning club, school, or organisation will be under the age of 18, coaches, guardians or club officials will be required to receive funding and all associated connections with the prizes on the minors' behalf.
Club members who apply to this campaign on behalf of their Age Grade section (the "applicants") must be aged 18 or over. All applicants must provide at least one valid contact telephone number and an email address.
Entry shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the terms and conditions of this campaign. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize.
In order to be eligible for the Etihad Grass Roots Fund, applications must be received between 1st November 2013 and 23:59 GMT on 12th April 2014. No applications will be accepted after this date.
Etihad and Harlequins do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or incomplete entries.
The decisions regarding allocation of funds, and successful applications will be at the discretion of our judging panel of Chris Robshaw, Conor O'Shea and Briony Trevethan.
Winning clubs/schools/organisations will be granted funds to the value which they requested, and are to be used only for the purposes outlined in their application. The funding can be apportioned to any number of projects, at the absolute discretion of the judges; totalling £10,000.
Successful applicants will be notified at least 7 days before funds are awarded.
If successful applicants cannot be contacted by 23:59 GMT on 19th April 2014, alternative applicants may be selected instead.
Winning clubs/schools/organisations will be required to provide proof of purchase of the items requested in their application.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees, employees' immediate relations and / or associated agencies of Etihad Airways or Harlequins Rugby Club Limited.
Any funding allocated is not transferable.
Entry in to the Prize Draw confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and legally binding.
Etihad reserves the right to refuse entry to the campaign, or disqualify any applicants or refuse to award funding to anyone if they do not meet the specified criteria or in breach of these terms and conditions.
By entry into the Grass Roots Fund, you (as an applicant) authorize Etihad and Harlequins to publish your name as a successful applicant.
By entry into the Grass Roots Fund, you (as an applicant) authorize Etihad and Harlequins to contact you with promotional offers.
Etihad and Harlequins reserve the right to withdraw the campaign at any time without incurring any liability.
Successful applicants agree to have publicity photographs and/or video images taken of them for use by Harlequins and/or Etihad.
Neither Harlequins nor Etihad accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering into the campaign or accepting any funding offered. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Etihad or Harlequins for death or, personal injury caused by Harlequins or Etihad.

The terms and conditions of this campaign shall be governed by English law.
